Welcome to BlurCom. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our cellular networks, devices, and websites. By activating or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Account Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old to establish an account.
Activation: Service begins the moment we activate your SIM card or eSIM. You are responsible for all charges incurred on your account from that moment forward.

Charges: You agree to pay all monthly fees, taxes, and government-mandated surcharges.
Auto-Pay: If enrolled, BlurCom will automatically charge your linked payment method on your billing date.
Late Fees: Failure to pay by the due date may result in a late fee or temporary suspension of service. A reconnection fee may apply.
Compatibility: While we support most "Bring Your Own Device" (BYOD) options, BlurCom does not guarantee that every device will be compatible with our specific network bands.
Locked Devices: Devices purchased directly from BlurCom may be "locked" to our network for a 30 days.
Termination by You: You may cancel your service at any time; however, prepaid balances are generally non-refundable.
Termination by Us: BlurCom reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service for breach of these Terms, including non-payment or prohibited network use.
Important: BlurCom provides service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or 100% coverage. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlurCom is not liable for lost profits, dropped calls, or data loss.
Your privacy is paramount. Use of our service is also governed by the BlurCom Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and location data.
